Peter Smith - Boss Dad
The Founder and former coal miner. If Pete isn't driving the business or Pneumatic department he will be driving a truck to make sure stock is on hand or a customer gets their goods on time. When he isn't at work he'll likely be chasing Grandkids or tinkering around his home.

Chris Smith - Boss Son
With the growing responsibility of steering the Integrity ship, Chris will bounce between Directors responsibilities to supporting our key mining customers. When not at work he pursues a love hate relationship with golf and his beloved Canberra Raiders.
Administration and Procurement
Tiff Smith - Boss of Boss Son
From accounts to logistics and a bit of operations, Tiff will delve into the detail to make things gel. Outside of work you will find her keeping her kids and husband in check or throwing heavy weights around in a Crossfit Box.
HR & Office Manager
Bronwyn - Everyone's Friend
Is the most liked employee and not just because she processes the payroll. In addition to making sure the crew are happy Bron keeps the finance, HR and WH&S ticking along like a well oiled machine. In her spare time she will likely be walking her dog Buster or have her face buried in a good book.

Cameron - The Golfer
When he's not saving the world one pump at a time or thinking of creative ways to make pumps and Integrity Pumps stand out, you will likely find Cam chasing after his 4 kids or a golf ball.
Business Development Manager
Deanne - The Drummer
You want a comprehensive quote, technical advise and a great level of customer service with a smile, then this is your gal. Dee has been talking pumps for over 15 years and when she isn’t keeping things flowing smoothly for customers she will likely be jamming on her drum set to an Aussie Crawl rock classic.
Internal Sales & Warehouse Mngr
Phil - The Dentist
Much like a dentist, Phil cannot show his face. You will however find him via email or phone managing the Internal Sales team and Warehouse. If he's not at work you will find him sitting on the sidelines watching his grandkids play sport or getting off grid and escaping to the wilderness.

Jess - The Cowgirl
The friendly voice you will likely speak to when calling or emailing our sales inbox. If you don't catch Jess at work she'll probably be camping or playing with horses.
Stores / Admin
Jorja - The Party Animal
The baby of the office, Jorja started as a Junior Admin and is now looking after our stores. When Jorja isn't helping the Integrity cogs tick over smoothly she will likely be enjoying her Gen Z lifestyle and partying like no one is watching.
Internal Sales & Warehouse Mngr
James - Fix It Felix
Our inhouse IT Guru who fixes the basic of technical issues right through to creating business system to help bring Integrity into the 21st Century. In addition he has recently taken on an operational roll to ensure our Rotating service department can accommodate future growth. If he's not at work you might find him in the gaming world playing whatever it is the kids play these days.

Aylah - The PUN-isher
Aylah is at the centre of all correspondance, quoting and scheduling for our Rotating Service Department. She has maturity beyond her years which is showcased with the amount of Dad jokes she busts out each day.

Cesar - The Pump Whisperer
Our inhouse guru with a great eye and ear for all things rotating. When he's not repairing pumps he'll likely be travelling the world or competing in a triathlon.

With a team of experienced pump fitters and machinists our Rotating team will help restore your asset to run smoothly like the sultry sounds of the Rat Pack.
